||Mental health is an important component of our lives. However, many of us are misinformed about the signs, symptoms and causes of mental illnesses, thereby contributing to its stigma. Through education, we can change our negative perceptions and increase our level of empathy for those living with mental health issues.
In this 2-minute video, you will walk in the shoes of someone with depression and gain a first-hand experience of the common signs and symptoms of the condition. You will also observe how the community should respond when someone is in distress.
